Physiotherapist

Pat has worked as a physiotherapist in the Bayside region since 2006. Pat has completed a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy, and gained experience working with several AFL football teams over many years including the Carlton Football Club. Pat has also worked in post-operative rehabilitation and clinical pilates, and believes that exercise is an important part of recovery and prevention of future injury. Pat is currently providing physiotherapy to the Mordialloc Football and Netball Club. In his spare time, Pat enjoys playing basketball, surfing, and chasing his toddler son around!

Physiotherapist

Dylan graduated from Latrobe University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters in Physiotherapy. With his sporting background, Dylan worked with North Melbourne Football Club for numerous years. Dylan has a special interest in sports injuries, ACL repairs, post operative rehabilitation and golf injuries.

Dylan is a firm believer that the combination of manual therapy and exercise prescription is the best method to achieving his clients goals. In his spare time, you might find Dylan on the golf course or spending time with his family.

SHELBY HEIGHT

Myotherapist

Shelby is a Clinical Myotherapist with over 12 years of experience working across multiple clinics in the Bayside area including Parkdale and Mordi. Shelby has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) and is currently studying Osteo at RMIT University which gives her a broad and unique skillset and knowledge base.

Shelby has a passion in assisting patients to return to the activities they love, by reducing their pain experience and increasing their functionality. Knowing that each patient is unique she tailors her treatments to each patient by incorporating hands on techniques as well as providing dry needling, education, rehabilitation, and lifestyle management.

Outside of work Shelby enjoys staying active, running, and going for Melbourne’s best food or coffees with her friends and family.

Myotherapist

Mark has been a practicing Myotherapist since 2010. Prior to completing has Myotherapy qualification he worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist. Mark adopts a wholistic approach to guide clients through evidence-based treatment strategies. Mark has a special interest in treating spinal complaints, headaches and jaw pain however, enjoys working in all areas of Myotherapy and Massage. Mark uses a combination of soft tissue techniques, neuromuscular techniques, stretching, joint mobilisation, myofascial dry needling and corrective exercise. Mark enjoys a good rapport with people of all ages and backgrounds and adopts an empathetic approach.

Mark has lectured at RMIT University training future Myotherapists. Having been a competitive cyclist Mark understands the importance of balancing training and recovery to prevent injury. Mark has worked with a range of sporting clubs including the Australian Squash Team, Springvale Districts Football Club, as wells as swimmers, runners, triathletes and cyclists. He is also a registered Personal Trainer. In his spare time Mark enjoys staying active and spending time at the beach with his young family.

Jenny Glenn

Podiatrist

Jenny has been running Port Phillip Podiatry for over 10 years, and has worked in all facets of podiatry including the public health sector, the private sector and aged care. She has an interest in all areas of podiatry and offers treatments in paediatric podiatry, general foot care, diabetes assessments, biomechanical assessments, ingrown toenails, wart treatments, footwear assessments and more.
