An assessment with Rosie must be completed prior to joining the classes.

Note- Our Clinical Pilates Assessments are conducted at Bayside Physiotherapy (5 Centreway Mordialloc)

Clinical Pilates classes are run at our affiliated site Training with Mates (9 Beach Ave Mordialloc)
